T-Mobile treats all of its customers like VIPs. This campaign introduced
T-Mobile’s Team of Experts to drive awareness of the company’s gold star customer service. Everyone has a bad customer story to share- the attention-grabbing drama is in the problem and humor was the way in. This campaign kicked-off with a TV ad featuring Rainn Wilson and encompassed a variety of content across, TV, cinema, social, digital, and web. I led the campaign strategy and market execution leading the team to successfully deliver across all verticals for launch.
