Smart Profile marked the launch of the first head-to-toe skincare cleansing device and a step change in brand communication and advertising for L’Oréal Clarisonic. This initiative centered on consumer-centric benefits vs. the technology itself. Visuals highlighted the sensorial experience market research showed customers loved. Groundbreaking merchandising broke down key barriers of perceived harshness with in-store self-guided experience consumers could feel to believe. I oversaw brand development and agency management and the team across key milestones: activation across branding, messaging, packaging, merchandising, and all go-to-market channels.
